Two things I tend to look for:

Away from home - When you're at a party, stopping by a public restroom, on a drive or trail, and you see that perfect opportunity for you (or a friend) to Whip It Out and snap a pic. Public or semi-public is always hotter than your bathroom mirror, unless someone is nearby but not looking. Still, that's hotter when you're away from home.

Clothing mandatory - Whip It Out and snap the pic before you strip! It's hotter that way. Nicely dressed guys in public restrooms who Whip It Out in front of the mirror is way hot.
